Step into a morning of seaside adventure and creativity with our Beach sCOOL - a joyful, hands-on learning experience specially designed for preschool-aged children and their parents led by artist and mum of two, Corinne Smith.

This interactive session blends nature-based play with imaginative crafting, offering little ones the chance to explore the beach and create art inspired by the coastal environment.

We’ll start the session with a Beach Treasure Hunt, where children will use illustrated scavenger sheets to discover natural beach items such as shells, feathers, seaweed, and driftwood. This playful activity encourages curiosity, observation, and connection with the local landscape.

After their treasure hunt, children will rotate through two creative stations:

Clay Creations – Using natural clay, children can press their found treasures into soft clay to create keepsakes, patterns, or imaginative decorations.

Rock Painting – With brushes and child-safe paints, little artists will transform smooth stones into colourful works of art—whether painting sea creatures, patterns, or simply experimenting with colour and texture.

Led by artist, Corinne Smith this session supports sensory exploration, early artistic development, and joyful outdoor learning in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.
