I WANT TO SUPPORT MY STAFF

The world of employee rewards and benefits is jam-packed with cycle-to-work schemes and health insurance offers – but how many (if any?) are specifically geared towards early years parents and their challenges?

We want to ask these questions and help companies put wellbeing support in place for parents. Why? Because in 2025, UK working parents are under more strain than ever.

Nearly one in three report very high stress levels, with 80% finding it hard to focus at work. Meanwhile those who feel their employer is ‘highly supportive’ has plummeted from 29% to just 20% in two years*.

How are we different?

How will this benefit an organisations’ wellbeing?

Boost employee retention & engagement

Supporting new parents with thoughtful benefits and community access reduces stress and increases loyalty during critical life transitions.

Differentiate your employer brand

Stand out as a forward-thinking, family-friendly employer that truly invests in staff wellbeing and work–life balance.

Enhance wellbeing & productivity

Access to meet-ups, expert advice, and peer support helps parents feel connected, reducing burnout and absenteeism.

Future-proof workplace culture

Support team members with children aged 0-5 for long-term wellbeing, not just a one-off maternity or paternity perk.

What’s included with a club membership?

One staff membership gives access to the whole family including partner, grandparents, childminder etc.

We host weekly meet-ups in Worthing and Shoreham (Brighton & Hove coming soon!) designed to be enjoyed by both adults and little ones aged 0-5.

Hosted in atmospheric venues with good food & coffee, and unlike many overwhelming baby & toddler groups, Honey House events allow for connection, conversation and genuine friendship.

Membership also gives access to the Honey House Whatsapp group and our online Circle community.
