Our monthly community stroll along Worthing Promenade bringing together all of our Honey House Worthing members.

Because we all feel better after a stroll, some sea air and a good honest chat.

Join us for our monthly Mumma Needs a Walk meet-up. A gentle, no-pressure stroll along the seafront with other local mums who get it. We’ll meet at La Dolce Vita to grab an (optional) warm drink, wander along the promenade and loop back - with space to vent, laugh, connect and switch off.

No expectations. Just great chats, fresh air, and a reminder that you are supported by other mothers.

This walk is:

• Free for Honey House members

• Baby friendly

• Ideally come alone for some headspace (we know how hard this can be but this is us giving you a nudge to ask for some childcare).

• Open to mums in all seasons – with children aged 0 or 10

Where: Meet at La Dolce Vita, Worthing Seafront

When: Monthly — last Sunday at the month

Who: You + your little one(s) - or come solo for some headspace

What to bring: Yourself, coffee money....
