Maternal Journal

A Honey House favourite. Scrapbooking, collaging, drawing and writing our way through the feelings of motherhood.

Stormie Tots

A really lovely Wednesday morning group in a nice, cosy space. Run by Ginny and Grace who are so kind - and the type of people who’ll bring you over a cuppa and some snacks. A cute garden at the back for the summer too!

£2 per family

Singing Mamas

Over in Shoreham, but worth the journey. Led by the wonderful, Jen Lewis, these uplifting singing sessions for mamas run on a Thursday morning from 9.45-11.30am. No singing experience necessary. Amazing for bonding with others and feeling like you again.

£20 per month subscription.

Mum & Baby Yoga with Womama

Run by Mina, who also does pregnancy (and toddler) sessions. Anything run by Mina is brill. She’s so knowledgable and warm and always feels like a safe space.

Wednesdays at 11am at Salt Water Studios, £7

Wickers

Wickers gymnastics in Lancing is a winner, winner, chicken dinner. We really love the Gloworms sessions (45 mins), but the longer stay & play sessions are good too. Good value, lots to do, lovely people running it - and right next to Brooklands Park for a run around and a coffee after.

From £5
