Gail’s Bakery
A mecca for mums UK-wide, we especially love the Worthing Gail’s because they host our weekly groups and couldn’t be more friendly. Also there are no steps on ground level, lots of space for prams and a big baby change at the back. The flourless brownie is a WINNER.
Bay Café by SAND
A bit off the beaten track, but worth the journey. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and feels safe for kids to run around as it’s actually a charity and a college. The door can be a bit tricky but they have a ramp the other side so be sure to ask!
DELICIOUS food and really nice spacious area at the front of the café. Downstairs nappy change too. Beware of the cheeky seagulls if sitting outside though!
Not technically a café, but one of our faves. Grab a coffee from the kiosk by the pier, have a chat with Kerry and let the kids run around on the beach. A perfect day.
The essential Worthing family place. Always busy in summer, but it’s no wonder why. Right next to beach, playground, volleyball court, park, independent art / maker shops + two water splash pads - it’s the ultimate day out!
Not far down from Coast, Perch on the Parade is a fun and spacious spot serving up yummy food right on the beach. Lots of space inside and happy, easygoing staff.
